The Flatwork Ironer Pad (4000 GSM, 3.85 m x 3.15 m) is a thick, heavy-duty padding sheet used to cover the rolls of commercial flatwork ironers. It is wrapped around the ironer roll, under the roll cover, and acts as a cushion between the roll and the heated ironing chest. At 4000 GSM (grams per square meter), it is a dense, high-weight pad that gives firm, even pressure across the full width of the linen, and it handles the heat and compression of daily ironing. The larger 3.85 m x 3.15 m size is supplied as one piece, so it can be cut and fitted to suit bigger ironer rolls or setups that need extra wrap length.
